To maintain the quality of our services and the fairness to all customers, we have established this cancellation policy. Cancellation and Rescheduling: • Customers are required to provide 48hr notice prior to the scheduled appointments. You may alter your appointment via your online portal or calling/texing during business hours. • Cancellations made within the specified notice period will not incur any charges. • Cancellations made outside of the notice period may be subject to a 40% cancellation fee. • In the event of excessive cancelling or rescheduling an appointment we reserve the right to refuse further service as this action affects our business schedule and prevents willing clients from utilizing that time slot. Tardiness/ Late Policy: •Tardiness / Late Policy allows our clients the flexibility of a 10 minute grace period. What this means is, you are allowed to arrive within 10 minutes after your scheduled time slot with no penalties. •Any client arriving after the 10 minute grace period from their scheduled appointment will forfeit the session resulting in an automatic cancellation and may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. •In the event of excessive tardiness we reserve the right to refuse further service as this action affects our business and prevents willing clients from utilizing that time slot. Age Policy: • For Brazilians, Bikini, Full Bikini & Brozilian waxing clients must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian who signs a parental release form. Cancellation by Sweet Spot Waxing Studio: • In the event that Sweet Spot Waxing Studio needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment we will make every effort to provide reasonable notice to the customer and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund, as appropriate.
